The subject

What exactly does the task involve? The tasks will be described in as much detail as possible and goals will be set. Of course we will go deeper into the subject to determine whether this is in line with our knowledge and experience. We will discuss what exactly is expected of us and what we can expect from you. For example, a joint plan will be drawn up which we will then work along together.

The scope

This can be a relatively small task, such as setting up a one-off practical trial in a greenhouse or poultry shed. It is also possible to choose the guidance of an entire process, such as mapping the expected pests, setting up biological control systems against them and further guidance. It is important to determine the scope of the task in advance, so that it can always be guaranteed that sufficient time is available.

The planning

Before starting the task, we will plan as well as possible how long it will take. The location is not unimportant either. Does it require a lot of travelling or is the location located in the Netherlands? Together we determine how many hours it will take and how these hours will be spent. In between, we will occasionally discuss the progress of the project and adjust the planning if necessary. The goal is to always have a good overview of the number of hours required and the costs of the project.

The rates

We will determine the rates with you in advance and discuss how to deal with additional costs. If you need to travel within the project, we can take care of the entire organisation. Invoicing takes place once per month. This can also be deviated from in individual cases.
